Architecture

Next.js 16 (standalone) · i18n PL/EN · nginx + systemd on VPS · security headers · single-surface home with deep case studies. Trust boundary: public presentation layer, rate-limited contact API, minimal attack surface.

Problem

Typical portfolios read as business cards. They fail to communicate engineering depth, operational discipline, or the ability to ship production products.

Solution

AEGIS as an identity platform: product hero, competence-as-contract, system case studies, live client deliveries, and decision notes — one coherent narrative under cyberside.pl.

Lessons learned

  • Brand must own the first viewport — before the offer.
  • Each section has one job; depth belongs on case-study pages, not in homepage clutter.
  • Hardening and deploy are part of the identity product — not an afterthought.
