Engagement terms

Engagements are project-based. Scope, timeline, and commercial terms are agreed in writing (email / contract) before work starts.

Work product created for a client transfers as agreed in the project. AEGIS, the Cyberside brand, and owned labs remain Cyberside property unless a contract says otherwise.

I do not guarantee “zero findings” from security work. I guarantee a rigorous process, documented limits, and a clear report.
